LittleLamb 6-Week Trial

We want you to try reusable nappies without stress or pressure. That is why every kit comes with a full six-week trial.
What to do:

• Receive your kit and start testing as soon as possible.
• Pre-wash three times for better absorbency.
• Use the nappies through the full six weeks to see real progress week by week.
• Try daytime, nights, outings, nursery and share the routine with grandparents.
• By week five you should feel ready to make a decision.
• If you decide not to keep the kit, please email us before the six-week trial ends.

 

How to return:

Email care@littlelamb.com quoting your order number requesting a 6 week trial refund.

If you can include why you are returning we can continue learning and adapting our product.

We will provide you with the returns address.

Use a tracked service as LittleLamb are not liable for goods lost on their way back to us.

Note: Products returned without prior warning will be refused and returned to the sender.

Return Products

Once we receive the items, we’ll carry out a quick check to ensure everything meets our return guidelines. 

Guidelines reminder: items should be washed, in clean and usable condition, and not have been boiled, bleached, or damaged.

Refund

If all item are in clean and useable condition, we will refund you the full amount.
