Warranty

All LittleLamb products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 6 months from purchase, as long as care guidelines have been followed. In the rare instance of any fault, please email care@littlelamb.com with a photo of the flaw and the batch code.

Use of the following will void warranty:

Nappy sanitisers (Napisan etc.)
Bleach, bleaching products (Oxy 10, vanish etc.)
Vinegar.
Washing soda, borax or bicarbonate of Soda.
Fabric softener.
Limescale removing  products (Calgon etc)
Dishwasher tablets.
Ecover, feedback of poor results, difficult to rinse thoroughly leaving residue and causing issues.

Faulty items
Each order we dispatch is subject to strict quality inspections during the packing process. In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty product, please send us an email at care@littlelamb.com and include the following;

Name
Order number 
Picture of the fault
Batch number (can be found inside the nappy on the tag)

If items are deemed faulty, you will have the option for a replacement to be sent free of charge or a full refund. 

We aim to get back to emails within 24 hours Mon-Fri.
