We know ordering essentials for your baby can feel like a big step. Our goal is to get your order to you quickly, safely, and with clear expectations at every stage.
Where we ship
UK & Ireland
Free shipping on all orders over £50.
£3 shipping fee for orders under £50
International
International shipping is available to most countries.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Please note that any duties or taxes for international orders are set by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Dispatch times
We aim to dispatch orders placed before 12pm (Monday to Friday) on the same working day.
Orders placed after 12pm, on weekends, or on bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
Orders are packed and sent from our warehouse on business days only.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Delivery timeframes
UK
Most orders arrive within 1 to 4 working days.
Smaller orders (less than £70) are sent by royal mail post.
Larger orders (more than £70) and all nappy kits are sent by DPD courier.
Orders dispatched on a Friday will arrive on Monday, as couriers do not deliver on weekends.
Ireland
Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 working days, depending on the delivery method.
We always choose the most reliable and appropriate shipping option for your order.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can follow its journey to your door.
Order accuracy
We take great care when packing your order. If something arrives incorrect or incomplete, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will help resolve it as quickly as possible.
