Which material should you choose? Cotton is our original fitted nappy fabric, we've been producing this nappy for over 20 years now. Cotton is comfortable, durable and absorbent. Just like a towel, cotton nappies will last for years and years. Compostion: 90% Cotton, 10% recycled polyester
Bamboo Bamboo is more absorbent than cotton but does not last as long and takes longer to dry. New bamboo nappies are also incredibly soft, but they will get harder over time, to soften them, you can put them in the tumble drier for a quick fluff up. Bamboo is by far our most popular fitted nappy. Composition: 90% viscose derived from bamboo, 10% recycled polyester
Bamboo (no velcro) needs to be paired with a nappy fastener; this is purchased separately. Composition: 90% viscose derived from bamboo, 10% recycled polyester
Both fabrics are designed for daytime and nighttime use. Cotton nappies are white, bamboo nappies are beige.

INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1. Remove Nappy
Hold the nappy or washable liner over the toilet and ease off the solids. If using a disposable liner, bin it, don't flush it.
Close any velcro tabs.
Step 2. Store in bucket
Store dirty nappies, boosters and any reusable liners in our Hanging nappy pail. Store nappies until you have a full load, but do not leave soiled nappies unwashed for longer than three days.
Step 3. Wash
Wash on a full, long cycle at 40 or 60 degrees.
Use a full dose of detergent, and follow package guidelines for dosage according to conditions. We recommend powder detergent.
Step 4. Dry
Line drying in direct sunshine is best as the sun naturally bleaches the fabric and it’s free and kind to the planet.
Near, but not touching, a heat source like a radiator is also good and the nappies can also be dried on a low heat in the drier.
Excessive high heat in a dryer will affect the life-span of the nappies but is OK every now and then in an emergency.
"How many reusable nappies do I need?" The answer varies depending on your individual situation. Factors such as your washing and drying facilities, your baby's age and change frequency, and whether you're using cloth nappies full or part time all play a role. However, as a general guideline, we recommend the following quantities for full-time use and washing every second day:
Newborns: 30 nappies and 10 wraps
8 weeks to 6 months: 15 pocket nappies, 5 fitted night nappies, and 2-5 wraps.
6 months and up: 12 pocket nappies, 3 fitted nappies, and 2-4 wraps
While having more nappies can make things easier, the above quantities are all that's necessary. We understand the temptation to get carried away with patterns, but anything beyond these numbers is just a nice bonus.
We used to think disposables were best for overnight but kept getting leaks and were having to change halfway. Tried these and haven't looked back! We use a triple booster (red one) inside the nappy with a soft liner on top, then a double booster (green one) between the nappy and the waterproof wrap. No leaks!

Love these nappies
My chunky toddler has grown out of all of our birth to potty nappies so I have been looking for a good toddler sized nappy to continue our cloth bum journey, I previously only ever used pocket nappies but decided to try some of these and only wish I'd tried them out sooner! They are so soft and fit really comfortably , and absorbent enough for a full night's wear which I could never achieve with a pocket nappy

Love these fitted nappies
These were excellent and lasted me until 18 months comfortably. Heavy nights would still need a change but can't fault the nappy!

Cloth nappies save you £££s
Reusable nappies will save you money. You can save £700 when switching to cloth nappies and even more if you use your nappies on a second child. Even if you switch to one reusable nappy a day, you'll still make a financial saving while helping preserve the planet your baby will inherit.
Cloth vs disposable
Globally, every four days 1 billion single-use disposable nappies go to landfill or incineration. Each disposable nappy can take up to 500 years to decompose. Reusable nappies can reduce household plastic waste and your family's carbon footprint by 40%.
